Using Suki Cut

You must provide accurate account information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or use it to break the law.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for every video, audio track, image, logo, caption and other item you upload, edit or publish.

Your content

You retain ownership of your creative content. You grant Suki Cut only the limited permission needed to host, process, display and export that content while providing the features you choose.

You are responsible for the finished videos you publish. Suki Cut may remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to address infringement, illegal activity, abuse or a risk to the service and its users.

Plans, trials and payments

Plan features, prices and limits are shown before purchase. A trial may convert to a paid plan only when the checkout clearly states this and you authorize payment. Subscriptions renew for the stated billing period until cancelled.

Payments and eligible refunds are handled according to the checkout terms and applicable law. Taxes, currency conversion and payment-provider fees may affect the final amount.

AI-assisted features

AI suggestions are optional creative assistance and may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You should review suggestions before using or publishing them. Manual editing tools remain available so you control the final result.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep Suki Cut reliable, but the service may change, experience interruptions or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Suki Cut is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using Suki Cut at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security risks or legal requirements. Where practical, we will give notice.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
